Job Purpose:
- The incumbent will be the focal point for the customers, ensuring their satisfaction. He will be responsible for delivering within timelines and budget while also ensuring minimum liquidity damages.

- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team by providing clear direction, motivation, and purpose.
- Project Coordination: Oversee projects from requirements to deployment, defining schedules, scope, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Resource Management: Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the projects adhere to scope, timeline, and budget
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze status, and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Process Management: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Resource Allocation: Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Reporting & Risk Escalation: Report project outcomes and/or risks to management and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B. E / B. Tech (Civil – preferred) and MBA/PGDBM
- 15-20 years of experience in order management, supply chain coordination, preferably in PEB or steel structures.
- Experience in managing the order management department functions and processes in a way that ensures efficient resource utilization as per job criticality to ensure profitability.
