Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities

  • Focus on growing the top line and margins of the company.
  • Develop new product portfolio and customers.
  • Build a culture of technical excellence and customer orientation.
  • Build a strong and motivated team.
  • To create a framework for leadership development and talent pipeline from within the organisation.
  • Work with the team and vertical head’s to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
  • Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations and finance to the C&MD
  • Oversees the organization’s financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding of the company.
  • Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
  • Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
  • Making right Capital allocation decision and high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferred Education: M.E / M.Tech – Mechanical/Operations + MBA
  • Minimum Experience: 15–20 years, including international business
  • Experience of P&L, Machining, Fabrication and Lean and manufacturing excellence. Should have grown through the ranks.
