Graduate / Engineer / Postgraduate with 2-8 yrs+ experience preferably in Retained Executive Search
Responsibilities
- Shadow a senior colleague through the lifecycle of the Executive Search Process
- Preparation of Client information dockets, job descriptions & allied search collaterals
- Research & Compiling Target list of Industries / Organizations
- Sourcing Candidate Profiles & Headhunting potential candidates
- Validating candidate Interest vide preliminary telecon & ascertain suitability
- Participate in video / personal Candidate interviews
