- Senior Leadership Hiring
- Independent responsibility for end-to-end mandate delivery
- Developing exclusive search strategies & related collaterals
- Guiding Researchers to prepare curated target lists, sales pitch & transcripts
- Evaluating senior executives for mandated roles
- Preparing Assessment Reports
- Lead generation & leveraging existing accounts for repeat business
- Process Compliance
