Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Manage talent acquisition and retention for all site positions through sourcing, screening and working with 3rd party recruiting agencies.
  • Design and facilitate on-boarding processes: including new hire orientation.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separations.

Training & Development

  • Participate in developing and monitoring the company’s L & D budget to ensure that the best quality of Learning and development opportunities are provided in the established budget.
  • Identify learning & development needs across all the levels, set-up calendar for various training and skill development programs, lead, coordinate and facilitate all training programs; whether inhouse or outsourced.
  • Implement learning Score Cards, measure and improve learning effectiveness.

Organization Development

  • Design, develop and drive OD interventions, strategies, processes that are aligned to the business and corporate framework / philosophy.
  • Develop succession and career plan strategies.
  • Encourage Leadership development for senior management & critical talent.
  • Active participation in developing the Center’s human resources service level objectives, budget and employee information systems.

Performance Management

  • Administer performance management programs, including annual review as well as progressive discipline and development plans

Internal and External Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Serve as liaison between manager and employees as it relates to the interpretation   and administration of employment contracts.
  • Lead all internal and external communication initiatives related to HR.
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organizations vision, values and purpose
  • Plan and organize employee events and activities i.e. wellness programs, reward and recognition programs and all corporate initiatives

HR Operations& Administration

  • Administer the day-to-day operation of all employee compensation, benefit and position classification   programs.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Ensure HR costs are aligned to the budgets and highlight and take corrective action for deviations if any
  • Advise and facilitate compliance programs as required by law

Qualification & Experience

  • Post-Graduation in Management with specialization in HR
  • 15 – 18 years’ work experience in human resource domain
  • Demonstrated experience having managed corporate HR function in the ITES domain
  • Exposure of having worked in a dynamic business environment
  • Must have successfully led and facilitated transformation projects
  • Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance
